Typically, our Done For You service takes 7 business days from payment to presenting your candidate. You may receive your candidate earlier, but we can't promise.
If you're not happy with the initial candidates, we'll provide up to 2 additional candidates at no extra cost based on your package. Sometimes things just don't work out, and that's okay. We'll do our best to find the right fit for what you're looking for. Please note we cannot provide replacements past the guarantee period.
Unfortunately, no. From day one, our team invests significant time and resources into your hiring process - typically 20-30 hours of work across multiple team members to create custom trial tasks, screen candidates, and conduct thorough vetting. This process begins immediately after payment to guarantee we can deliver your candidate within 7 business days.
If your hired candidate doesn't work out within the guarantee period, we'll provide replacements at no additional cost. The Standard package includes 1 replacement within 14 days, while the Premium package includes 2 replacements within 60 days. This covers situations where the candidate resigns or doesn't meet performance expectations after reasonable onboarding.
Yes, you'll hire and pay the talent directly. Our fee is only for the recruitment service. This gives you complete control over the employment relationship without any ongoing fees or markups on the talent's salary. We can provide guidance on competitive rates and payment methods if needed.
