How to Get Vetted at HireTalent.ph (Requirements and Application)

Getting vetted on Hiretalent.ph means that we have evaluated your skills and performed a background check on the information you’ve submitted. We do this to prove that all the information you provided during onboarding is true.

The upside of this is employers will have higher trust when viewing your profile (resulting in a better chance of getting hired compared to those who are not from a baseline perspective).

Although getting vetted is an optional feature, we strongly suggest applying. It’s not as difficult as you think – and just involves an extra verification to prove you are who you say. It’s also 100% free, no strings attached.

Here are the requirements and the step-by-step procedure for vetting applicants:

Requirements

  • You must be a Verified talent (an approved account publicly listed on the platform).
  • You must be previously or currently employed.
  • NBI Clearance (present year)
  • You must be willing to be interviewed.
  • You must take a vetting quiz based on any skill selected on your profile.

How to Apply

  1. Sign in to your account.
  2. Click or tap your profile photo.
  3. Go to the Get Vetted tab.
  1. Submit a clear copy of your NBI Clearance (present year).
  2. Choose any skill from your profile that you want to take an assessment for.
  3. Check the following checkboxes:
    1. Do you allow us to contact your last employer?
    2. Do you allow us to contact your school?
  4. Enter the following details of your last (or current) employment.
    1. Employer’s full name
    2. Company name
    3. Employer’s email address
    4. Your last position or job title
    5. Employment period
      1. From (month/year)
      2. To (month/year)
  5. Enter the following details of the last (or current) school you attended to.
    1. Name of school
    2. School Registrar’s Office Email Address
    3. School Registear’s Office Phone Number
  6. Click the Request for Interview button.

Notes:

  1. Once we reply to your vetting application, we may also ask you to send us an employment certificate.
  2. If everything is valid, we will schedule you for a vetting interview + quiz while waiting for the response from your last employer and school.
  3. If things go well, you will get vetted! If any information is found to be untrue or incorrect, your account will be deleted, and banned from using HireTalent.ph forever.

What Happens if I Fail the Vetting Quiz?

We allow talent to apply for vetting only once. If you fail the vetting quiz, you’ll remain a Verified talent. You can still apply for jobs and get hired. We may allow you to retake the quiz, depending on your score.

Will My Vetting Status Expire?

Yes, after one year. We will post more details about renewing your vetting status at a later time, but it won’t require much and will not require you to take another quiz.
