Posting a Job Steps for HireTalent.ph

Posting a job DOES NOT need to be complicated. This process is up to you. If you want to be super in-depth, great. If not, no need.

Let’s walk through it.

This guide is for anyone looking to hire a Filipino virtual assistant or remote specialist using HireTalent.ph.

(If that’s you — you’re in the right place.)

Step 1: Make Sure You Have Credits

Posting a job uses 1 credit.

You can:

You’ll see your balance at the top of your dashboard.

Each job stays live for 60 days unless you deactivate it earlier.

Step 2: Start a New Job Post

Go to your dashboard. Click “Post a Job.”

Here’s what you’ll fill in:

Basic Info

  • Job Title
    • Be specific. Add niche + experience.
    • Example: Email Marketer with Cold Email & AI Tools Experience
  • Job Type
    • Choose: Full-time / Part-time / Project-based
  • Contact Info
    • Name + email where applicants can reach you.

Job Description

  • What will this person be doing?
  • Keep it clear, scannable, and specific.
  • Break into short paragraphs or bullet points.
  • Mention:
    • Day-to-day tasks
    • Tools used (e.g. Instantly, Canva, Notion)
    • Soft skills needed
    • Any team dynamics

Step 3: Add Location & Experience Level

  • Select your Company Location (even if the role is remote)
  • Choose the Experience Level you want:
    • Entry-Level, Mid-Level, Senior-Level

Step 4: Salary & Hours

  • Choose per hour or per month
  • Add your rate
    • Ex: $6.50/hour or $1,200/month
  • Add expected hours per week

You can’t enter a range, but you can mention one in the job description.

This helps filter applicants.

Step 5: (Optional but Recommended) Add More Details

Duties & Responsibilities

  • What are they doing day to day?
  • Be practical, not buzzword-y.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Specific experience or education
  • Tools they must know
  • Anything that’s a “must-have” to succeed

Step 6: Company Info (Optional but Builds Trust)

  • Your business name
  • Website
  • 1–2 sentence description

This helps VAs understand who they’d work for.

Even if you’re a solo founder — share that! Recruiting head of an agency that already has 1500 Filipino BPO talent? Also share that.

Step 7: Tag Skills, Tools & Industries

Pick up to:

  • 3 Skills
  • 3 Tools
  • 2 Industries

These tags help our system recommend your post to the right talent.

And they help applicants find jobs they’re actually qualified for.

Step 8: Application & Notifications

  • Choose where applications go:
    • Internally (default — inside HireTalent.ph)
    • Externally (to your site or a form)
  • Choose if you want email notifications
    • Check the box if you want alerts for every new application
  • Max Applicants?
    • Set a limit (e.g. 100 applicants max)

Step 9: (Optional) Use AI to Auto-Generate Questions

You’ll see a checkbox: “Customize Job Application with AI.”

Use it!

The system can:

  • Review your job description
  • Auto-create 5 smart applicant questions

Like:

“Have you used Instantly AI for cold outreach? Tell us how.”

Or:

“What tools do you use when editing video reels for Instagram?”

These questions help you filter faster — and spot great responses.

Step 10: Publish Your Job

Hit that Post Job button.

That’s it.

You’re live. Your job is now visible to tons of Filipino virtual assistants.

What Happens Next?

  • Applications will start coming in
  • You can sort, filter, and shortlist
  • You can assign trial tasks right in the platform
  • You can message applicants directly

Want tips on trial tasks? We’ve got a full guide for that too.
