Program Participation

Participation in the referral program constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions. Commission Structure

The 20% commission rate advertised is subject to change and is only guaranteed for employers who register before June 30th, 2025. Commission calculations are based on the net subscription fee paid by the referred employer after any applicable discounts, promotions, or adjustments. Commission amounts will fluctuate based on changes in the employer’s registered employee count and subscription tier.

Payment Terms

Commissions will only be paid for months in which the referred employer maintains an active, paid subscription. No commissions will be paid for free trial periods, unless the employer converts to a paid subscription afterward. Payments will be processed via Wise within 30 business days after the close of each calendar month, provided the accumulated commission amount exceeds the minimum threshold of $20 USD. Amounts below this threshold will roll over to the following month.

Referral Verification

Participants must notify HireTalent or ManagePH when a referred employer signs up, as the system may not automatically track all referrals. ManagePH reserves the right to verify the legitimacy of all referrals and may decline to pay commissions for referrals deemed to violate the spirit of the program. Multiple claims for the same referral will be resolved at the sole discretion of ManagePH, likely based on whoever submitted the claim first.

Tax Implications

Participants are solely responsible for any tax liabilities arising from commission payments received through this program. ManagePH does not withhold taxes from commission payments. Participants may be required to provide appropriate tax documentation to receive payments.

Prohibited Activities

Participants are prohibited from engaging in deceptive, fraudulent, or manipulative tactics to generate referrals. This includes, but is not limited to, misrepresenting the ManagePH service, creating fake accounts, or engaging in spam activities. Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination from the program and forfeiture of any unpaid commissions.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall HireTalent or ManagePH be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with participation in the referral program.

Program Changes

HireTalent and ManagePH reserve the right to modify the terms of the referral program, including commission rates, payment methods, eligibility requirements, and other program features, with or without notice to participants. Continued participation in the program after any changes constitutes acceptance of such changes.
