We believe that quantity doesn’t always equal quality. That’s why we’ve implemented a rigorous 6-step verification screening process for all talent on our platform. This means that every candidate you see has already demonstrated their commitment and basic qualifications before they even appear in your search results.

Vetted Talent for Premium Hiring

Our vetted talent option takes quality assurance to the next level. These individuals have undergone skill assessments, identity verification, educational background checks, and reference checks. When you see a vetted profile, you can trust that you’re looking at a thoroughly qualified candidate. You should still treat them as a normal candidate, but just know they’re very serious and demonstrated a lot about the skills they have.

Efficient Application Process

We limit regular talent to 5 job applications per day, and vetted talent to 15. This isn’t to restrict opportunities but to encourage thoughtful, targeted applications. As an employer, this means you’re more likely to receive applications from candidates who are genuinely interested and qualified for your position.

We also have a concept called “job points”. These points do not regenerate, they are only earned when completing bonuses or during certain events. By default, talent has 0 of these. When applying to a job, if a candidate has any points they want to use, they can apply up to 5 per job post. As an employer, you’ll see applicants ranked from most to least job points (and then recency). Treat these as Filipino’s digital jobseeking gold. If someone is using job points to apply to your job, they are very serious.

Customizable Hiring Process with Sample Tasks

We understand that every role is unique. That’s why we offer the option to assign sample tasks to applicants. This feature allows you to assess a candidate’s actual skills and work style before committing to an interview or hire, saving you valuable time and resources. Make them on your employer account, and when you see applicants come in, simply assign them a task & deadline to complete it. You take it from there.

Direct Communication

With a premium account, you can directly contact talent through our platform. You have a daily limit, but you’re still able to reach out to people and take them off the platform

Flexibility and Freedom

Again, we’re not an agency, and we don’t lock you into long-term contracts or charge exorbitant finder’s fees. Our subscription model gives you the freedom to use our platform as much or as little as you need, and you’re free to take your hiring process off-platform at any time.
