We’ve released the HireTalent.ph community for talent to discuss anything related to hiring in the Philippines — from job search tips and portfolio feedback to interview advice, skill development, and working with international clients. Join the conversation, connect with fellow Filipino professionals, and level up your remote career. Anyone with an active HireTalent.ph account and login to the community and start posting!
Talent can now record voice introductions and video portfolio clips directly from their profiles. This is perfect for showcasing communication skills, personality, and on-camera presence (especially useful for roles like customer support, sales, and content creation). Employers can now get a real sense of who they’re hiring before even scheduling an interview.
Employers can now request supporting media from talent when assigning a trial task, making it easier to evaluate real work and communication. There’s no need to go through docs or public links when sharing creatives that a talent has made. Employers can request up to 3 media uploads (documents, images, videos, etc.), and Talent can upload files directly when submitting their trial task. Perfect for reviewing samples, walkthroughs, or proofs of work all in one place.
We’ve introduced a job matching system to intelligently match talent with available jobs by analyzing multiple factors, including skills, tools, and industry experience. It also considers experience level, work type preferences, and salary expectations, plus applies additional boosts for job recency and text similarity between job descriptions and talent profiles.
The system then presents these matches to talent in a prioritized list, with each job showing a match percentage and highlighting exactly which skills, tools, and industry experience aligned with the job requirements, making it easy for talent to understand why certain jobs were recommended to them. We hope this helps talent match their career desires with better opportunities
We added support for talent badges to appear on profiles. This is currently used for members who have been registered for a long period of time, those that have passed specific training programs, and for those that are vetted
We’ve added AI functions for employers to generate job-specific questions to ask talent before they submit a job application. You can save and generate questions to ask talent, which will appear when they submit their application.
Employers can display specific tools and industries they would like to be associated with in their job posts. We now have support for skills, tools, and industries on job posts. More integrations with this are coming soon!
