What does "track and pay X people per month" mean?
It means you can run up to that many active hires through HireTalent.ph at the same time. For each person, we handle time tracking, payroll, contracts, compliance, and daily recaps. Add another person beyond your plan for $20/month each on the Free plan or $20/month on Employer.
What can I do on the Free plan?
The Free plan lets you search our entire talent directory, view profiles and certifications, bookmark up to 10 candidates, and post jobs at $48 each. You only pay when you start tracking and paying someone through HireTalent.ph ($20/person/month).
How does Done For You Hiring work?
Tell us the role and our recruiting team runs the entire search: sourcing in and beyond our network, screening, and first-round interviews. You interview 3-5 finalists within 10 business days and hire with a 90-day replacement guarantee. It costs 20% of the hire's first-year salary, with $999 due upfront to start the search.
Is the Done For You deposit refundable?
Yes. The upfront $999 kicks off the search and is credited against the placement fee when you hire. If we can't bring you candidates worth interviewing, it's refunded in full.
Do I need a subscription to use Done For You?
No. Done-For-You recruiting is a separate service, and every placement includes 6 months of full platform access to manage your new hire. You can also keep using the self-serve plans alongside it.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. Your access will continue until the end of your billing period. There are no cancellation fees or long-term contracts.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) through Stripe.
Do you charge fees for paying contractors?
No, we don't add any fees on top of payments. You pay the standard Wise transfer fees, which are typically much lower than traditional international wire transfers.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, you'll get immediate access to new features. When downgrading, changes take effect at the next billing cycle.
