What roles do you recruit for?
We specialize in remote Filipino professionals across operations, customer support, marketing, finance, design, engineering, and executive assistants. If you're unsure, send the brief and we'll tell you if it's a good fit.
How is this different from just posting a job on HireTalent.ph?
When you post a job yourself, you receive applications and handle screening. With Done-For-You, we run the entire search — proactively sourcing, screening, and interviewing — and surface a single recommended hire for you to meet.
How does pricing work?
20% of the hire's first-year salary. $999 is due upfront to kick off the search, and the remainder is due when we deliver a finalist you'd like to hire. If we genuinely can't surface anyone you want to move forward with, the upfront $999 is refunded in full.
What if I don't want any of the candidates you present?
If the first candidate isn't the right fit, we keep searching at no extra cost. The remainder of the fee is only charged once we deliver a finalist you'd like to bring on. If after a real, good-faith search we still haven't surfaced anyone you want to hire, your upfront $999 is refunded.
What happens if the hire doesn't work out after they start?
Hiring is never a guarantee — sometimes great candidates don't pan out, and that's just part of it. Inside the first 60 days, we'll rerun the search and find a replacement at no additional charge. We don't offer cash refunds on the placement fee once a hire is made — sourcing, screening, and interviewing takes real time and money on our end — but we stand behind every placement with a full replacement search.
Why no refunds after placement?
Each search costs us real time and money — sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, reference checks. Once we've delivered a finalist and you've made the hire, that work is done whether the role pans out long-term or not. The 60-day replacement guarantee is how we stand behind the work — if it doesn't stick, we'll go again at no extra cost. Just no cash back.
Can I still use the platform myself while you search?
Yes. You can browse the talent database and post jobs independently at the same time. Done-For-You is a separate service layered on top.
