If things don't work out during or after the trial, you're free to end the arrangement and find another candidate. Your subscription gives you multiple credits to post jobs and shortlist candidates. We recommend clear communication and documentation of expectations from the start to minimize mismatches. You can also go through your existing job posts to find a new candidate.
