How to Delete Your Account

There are two flows depending on whether you signed up as an employer or as talent. Jump to the section that applies to you: Deleting an Employer Account or Deleting a Talent Account.

Deleting an Employer Account

We got excited when you created an employer account on HireTalent.ph. Yet, if for some reason, you want it to be deleted, here are the two ways:

How to Delete Your Employer Account

  1. Log in to your account.
  2. Tap or click your profile photo and choose Settings.
  3. Scroll down the page and hit the Delete Account button.
  4. Enter your email address in the popup that will appear.
  5. If you’re sure you want to delete your employer account, hit the Delete My Account button.
    1. If you’re not, simply hit the Cancel button.
  6. Another popup will appear asking you if you’re absolutely sure that you want to delete your employer account. Note that this action cannot be undone.
  7. If you’re absolutely sure, hit the yes, delete my account button.
    1. If you’re not, simply hit the Cancel button.
  8. A popup will appear telling you that you have successfully deleted your employer account.
  9. You will receive an email notification regarding your action.

How to Have Us Delete Your Employer Account For You

If you want your employer account to be deleted but are too busy to do it, we can delete it for you.

  1. Simply send us an email at [email protected] requesting us to delete your employer account. We would appreciate it if you tell us your reason for deleting it and what we can do to possibly win you back.
  2. You will receive an email notification that your account has been completely deleted.

Important Reminders

Here’s what will happen once you delete your HireTalent.ph account:

  • All your personal information will be removed from our system.
  • Any jobs associated with your account will be discontinued.
  • If you wish to use our services in the future, you’ll need to create a new employer account.

We also have the right to delete your employer account if we have proven that you entered false details during your onboarding, behaved inappropriately to our talent, or are a scammer (or even a potential one).


Deleting a Talent Account

We are delighted to have you as our talent. But if you feel like leaving HireTalent.ph and having your account deleted, here are the two ways:

How to Delete Your Talent Account

  1. Log in to your account.
  2. Tap (or use your left mouse button) your profile photo and go to Settings.
  3. Scroll down the page and click the Delete Account button.
  4. A popup will appear requesting you to enter your email address.
  5. If you’re sure you want to delete your talent account, hit the Delete My Account button.
    1. If you change your mind, click the Cancel button.
  6. Another popup will appear asking you if you’re absolutely sure. Note that this action cannot be undone.
  7. If you are, click the yes, delete my account button. Otherwise, click the Cancel button.
  8. A popup will appear saying that your account has been successfully deleted.
  9. We will send you an email regarding your action.

How to Have Us Delete Your Talent Account For You

If you want your talent account to be deleted but are too busy to do it, we can delete it for you.

  1. Simply send us an email at [email protected] requesting us to delete your talent account. We would appreciate it if you tell us your reason for deleting it and what we can do to possibly win you back.
  2. You will receive an email notification that your account has been completely deleted.

Important Reminders

Here’s what will happen once you delete your HireTalent.ph account:

  • We will delete all your personal information from our system.
  • Any job applications and other activities associated with your account will be discontinued.
  • If you want to use our services again, you must create a new talent account.

We have the right to delete your talent account if we find you guilty of entering false information, showing inappropriate behavior towards a client, or having (or planning) scammed an employer.
