We are looking for a creative and organised Virtual Assistant to manage social media and email marketing for 3 brands:

1. Property Development Company
2. Yoga & Pilates Studio
3. Camper Van Conversion Brand

You will be responsible for turning existing photos and videos into engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and YouTube.

Responsibilities:

• Create posts and short-form videos (reels/shorts)
• Write captions and basic marketing copy
• Schedule posts using Meta tools or similar
• Set up and manage new social accounts
• Basic email marketing (Mailchimp/Klaviyo)
• Create simple content calendars

Skills Required:

• Canva / CapCut or similar
• Strong English writing
• Experience with Instagram, TikTok, YouTube
• Basic marketing understanding
• Organised and proactive

Bonus:

• Experience with wellness brands
• Experience with property or lifestyle content

Hours: 10–20 per week initially
