We are CAM Edu, an afterschool and STEAM education company, looking for a full-time Virtual Assistant / Customer & Staff Support.
Your responsibilities will include:
Answering calls through KrispCall, responding to messages via Crisp chat, and following up with parents. We use Helpscout and Close CRM.
Assisting with customer inquiries and helping close sales.
Supporting and coordinating with staff members via Slack to ensure smooth daily operations.
Managing and updating Google Sheets and other internal documents.
Providing general administrative support to both customers and staff.
Tools we use: Slack, KrispCall, Crisp chat, Helpscout, Close CRM and monitoring software with screen recording.
Compensation: $5.50 USD per hour
Hours: Full-time (40 hours per week), working in Pacific Standard Time (PST).
We are looking for someone who is professional, reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with both parents and staff in a supportive role.
English Proficiency: at least B2
