Quix Labs is a health technology company building smarter smoking alternatives for adults who want a gradual, choice-led approach to change. We work closely with community pharmacies, employers, and consumers to deliver harm-reduction-focused solutions supported by education, data, and community.
As we scale, we’re hiring a Marketing Manager to own and run our core marketing campaigns across email, webinars, community, and lead generation.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys structure, execution, and accountability, and who is comfortable working closely with a UK-based leadership team.
This is an execution-led marketing management role with clear ownership.
You will plan, manage, and deliver campaigns that support both:
B2B growth (pharmacies, employers, partners), and
B2C engagement (adult consumers)
You’ll be responsible for turning priorities into organised campaigns, ensuring they are compliant, well-run, and performance-tracked.
This role does not involve people management, but it does require strong ownership, coordination, and decision-making.
Own the campaign calendar across B2B and B2C initiatives
Translate leadership priorities into structured, time-bound campaigns
Plan and coordinate campaigns across email, webinars, community, and partnerships
Manage timelines, dependencies, and deliverables to ensure campaigns launch on time
Plan and coordinate B2B and B2C webinars end-to-end
Manage speakers, registrations, reminders, and post-event follow-ups
Support both online webinars and occasional in-person sessions
Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and compliance requirements
Own and manage email campaigns across multiple audiences
Build campaign journeys for education, lead nurturing, and engagement
Optimise subject lines, CTAs, timing, and sequencing
Maintain clean lists and clear segmentation
Track campaign performance across email, webinars, and community channels
Monitor metrics such as open rates, registrations, attendance, engagement, and leads
Produce clear weekly and monthly performance summaries
Use data to recommend improvements and prioritisation
Support moderation of online community spaces
Encourage constructive engagement and participation
Surface insights, questions, and feedback to leadership
Ensure community tone remains supportive, respectful, and compliant
Research and identify potential leads across healthcare, pharmacy, education, and employer wellbeing
Support inbound and outbound campaigns with organised lead lists
Maintain accurate campaign and lead tracking
Conduct light market and audience research to inform future campaigns
Experience in marketing, campaign management, or growth-focused roles
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Comfortable owning multiple campaigns in parallel
Confident using email platforms, webinar tools, and online community platforms
Data-aware and able to interpret campaign performance
Clear written communicator, comfortable working with remote teams
Able to work independently and make day-to-day campaign decisions
Experience working with UK or US companies is a plus
Experience in healthcare, health tech, or regulated industries is a plus
Full-time role based in the Philippines
