We're looking for a highly capable n8n Automation Specialist to manage the automations that power our business operations. You'll work primarily with n8n alongside tools like Asana, Stripe, Slack, and Mailgun to streamline processes, reduce manual tasks, and create seamless workflows.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building automated systems and optimizing business processes behind the scenes.

Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain workflow automations using n8n
• Integrate tools like Asana, Stripe, Slack, Mailgun, and others to create seamless, end-to-end workflows
• Monitor performance and reliability of automations
• Troubleshoot automation issues or integration bugs as needed
• Help implement alerting systems for failed workflows
• Maintain clear documentation for automations and configurations
• Collaborate closely with technical and non-technical team members

Requirements:

• Proven experience using n8n for workflow automation
• Familiarity with APIs, webhooks, and third-party integrations (REST, JSON)
• Detail-oriented and self-sufficient with excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities for debugging workflow issues

Nice to Have (Not Required):

• Experience with Cloudflare, Mailgun, or other integration platforms
• Familiarity with system monitoring tools or uptime checks
• Light scripting (e.g., bash, Python, Node) for automation enhancement
