Customer Support & Data Entry Associate (German speaker a plus)

About the Role

We are looking for a Customer Support & Data Entry Associate to join our team and support a client in the live entertainment ticketing industry in Germany. This position is perfect for someone who is detail‑oriented, organized, and enjoys helping customers while keeping data accurate and reliable.

What You’ll Do

• Handle customer requests such as refunds, bookings, and general inquiries

• Communicate with customers through email, chat, and text

• Enter and maintain records in ticketing and accounting systems

• Add and update event details on the website

• Ensure accuracy in all customer and data-related tasks

• Collaborate with internal teams and adapt to changing business needs

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum of 5 years’ customer service experience, preferably with international accounts

• Strong English communication skills (written and spoken)

• The client’s business operates in Germany, Switzerland and Austria and customer service, data entry and content management are all in German. The client’s team speaks English and the role can be performed by an English speaker comfortable using online translation tools, however German language skills are a plus.

• Experience in customer service and data entry preferred

• Familiarity with accounting or ticketing software is an advantage

• High attention to detail, accuracy, and reliability

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Schedule

• Full-time, permanent role

• A five day schedule including weekend work may be required

• The schedule will be agreed upon with the candidate and may adjust based on business needs but would broadly align to the central european time zone.
