Role Overview
We’re looking for Customer Support Agents based in the Philippines to join our global team. You’ll be the frontline voice of Gala, assisting patients via chat and email, ensuring they have a smooth, supportive experience with our platform.
Responsibilities
Provide timely, empathetic, and accurate support to patients through email and chat,
Help patients navigate our app, subscription, and telehealth process.
Escalate clinical or technical issues to the right team when needed.
Track, document, and resolve customer inquiries in a professional manner.
Collaborate with internal teams to improve workflows and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
Based in the Philippines with reliable internet and workspace.
Excellent written and spoken English.
Prior experience in customer support, preferably in telehealth, healthcare, or SaaS.
Strong empathy, patience, and problem-solving skills.
Tech-savvy and able to work with multiple platforms/tools at once.
Willing to work U.S. hours (night shifts / flexible schedules).
