Job Summary

The Offshore Talent Acquisition Manager leads and manages international hiring efforts across multiple markets. This role serves as the central coordination point between U.S.-based leadership and offshore BPOs and recruitment agencies, ensuring the consistent hiring of high performing, culture-aligned talent.

This is a high-impact, fast-paced role requiring strong judgment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to confidently assess candidate quality across diverse talent pools. The Offshore Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for maintaining high hiring standards, improving recruitment workflows, and ensuring alignment between business needs and talent acquisition strategies.

Work Schedule

  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, standard business hours
  • Time Zone: Must align with U.S. business hours as required
  • Flexibility: May be required during peak hiring periods

Essential Job Functions

Hiring Intake & Stakeholder Communication – Partner with U.S. leadership to

understand workforce needs, clarify role expectations, and define required competencies. Translate hiring requirements clearly to offshore BPOs and recruitment agencies to ensure alignment - 20%

Agency & BPO Management – Serve as the primary point of contact for external

recruiting partners. Monitor candidate pipelines, enforce turnaround times,

maintain quality standards, and ensure accountability across agencies - 25%

Candidate Screening & Interview Oversight – Review recorded interviews and

screening submissions. Evaluate communication skills, professionalism, and

cultural alignment. Conduct live interviews for shortlisted candidates and provide

final hire/no-hire recommendations - 25%

Culture & Quality Control – Ensure candidates align with U.S. work culture and

company performance standards. Assess candidates for ownership mindset,

accountability, communication clarity, problem-solving ability, reliability, and

consistency - 15%

Process & Performance Management – Track hiring metrics, pipeline progress,

and agency performance. Maintain structured documentation and feedback logs.

Continuously improve hiring workflows to reduce time-to-fill while maintaining

quality standards - 15%

Required Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills & Experience)

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition.
  • Certification in Business Administration, Human Resources Management or other

related field.

  • Proven experience hiring offshore or international talent.
  • Experience working with BPOs and/or recruitment agencies.
  • Strong understanding of cultural differences between U.S. and offshore markets.
  • Experience reviewing asynchronous or video-based interviews.
  • Ability to independently evaluate candidate quality and make confident hiring decisions.
  • Strong background in fast-paced or high-growth environments preferred.
