Overview

Hi All,

We are looking for an eCommerce Assistant to join our amazing team working for an Australian company in the fitness and wellness industry. In this engagement, you will provide essential support to the Marketing Team by executing tasks related to the management of online sales channels and internal workflows.

Key Responsibilities (include but not limited to):

  • E-Commerce: assist in managing and updating product listings across Shopify stores and marketplaces; coordinate bulk updates to product information; monitor and resolve technical issues
  • Data Management & Automation: maintain and update Google Sheets, assist in setting up and optimising automation workflows; and audit data processes for accuracy and efficiency
  • Customer Experience: collaborate with the Customer Service team to resolve issues from online sales channels, and assist in improving customer self-service resources
  • Administrative Support: Assist with ad-hoc administrative tasks for the marketing team

Details:

  • Work Setup: 100% Work from Home - own laptop and stable internet connection required
  • Contract Type: 2-Year Contract until 2027
  • Schedule: 40 hours/week, 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM Philippine Standard Time (Mon-Fri) | 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM AEST (Mon-Fri)

Requirements/Qualifications

  • Experience: Previous experience in an e-commerce or digital marketing position, as well as knowledge of and an interest in the fitness industry.
  • Technical: Experience working with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify and familiarity with inventory management systems (such as NetSuite).
  • Skills: Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail, ability to work independently and as part of a team, excellent interpersonal skills, strong computing abilities including Asana as well as Google Suite and Excel for data handling and analysis.
  • Language: Good written and verbal English communication.
