The Digital Artwork Assistant is a remote, part-time role focused entirely on preparing accurate, production-ready artwork for engraving and cutting using CorelDRAW. You will work closely with an Australian-based business, supporting daily production by ensuring artwork is set up correctly the first time.

Pay & Hours

• AUD $5 per hour

• Part-time: approximately 3–5 hours per day

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and edit artwork files using CorelDRAW

• Convert customer-supplied artwork into production-ready formats

• Follow job specifications and artwork instructions within ShopVox

• Manage job artwork files and folders using OneDrive

• Accurately track working time using Hubstaff

• Communicate clearly regarding artwork requirements, revisions, and approvals

• Maintain organised digital file structures and naming conventions

Software & Systems Used

• CorelDRAW – all artwork preparation

• ShopVox – job tracking, artwork notes, and job management

• Hubstaff – time tracking and work monitoring

• OneDrive – file storage, organisation, and sharing

Training will be provided on internal workflows and systems.

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience using CorelDRAW (essential)

• Strong computer literacy and ability to learn new systems

• High attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to follow written instructions and job specifications

• Reliable internet connection and own computer

• Good written English communication skills

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Preferred (Not Essential)

• Experience preparing artwork for engraving, laser cutting, signage, or print

• Experience working remotely for overseas clients

• Familiarity with vector artwork and production workflows
