About the Role

We're a growing web design and SEO company helping small businesses build their online presence — and we need a motivated phone person to help us connect with more of them. This is not a high-pressure sales role. Your job is simple: call small business owners, have a genuine conversation, gauge their interest in our services, and hand off warm leads to our closing team.

If you're a natural conversationalist who can build quick rapport over the phone, this role is for you.

What You'll Be Doing

• Making outbound calls to small business owners and decision-makers from provided contact lists
• Introducing our web design and SEO services in a friendly, low-pressure way
• Asking the right questions to determine if the prospect is a potential fit
• Qualifying interest and transferring warm calls directly to a senior rep or closing specialist
• Logging call outcomes and notes in our CRM or tracking sheet
• Following up with contacts as needed based on scheduling or availability

What We're Looking For

• Comfortable and confident on the phone — you don't mind making a lot of calls
• Clear communicator who can explain things simply without a script feeling like a script
• Self-motivated and able to manage your own time working remotely
• Reliable with a quiet workspace, stable internet, and a working phone setup
• Basic computer skills for logging notes and following internal processes
• Positive attitude and thick skin — rejections are part of the game and you bounce back fast

Bonus Points (Not Required)

• Prior telemarketing, cold calling, or outbound sales experience
• Background in sales — if you can close, that's a huge plus and opens the door for more responsibility and higher earnings
• Familiarity with web design, SEO, or digital marketing concepts
• Experience with CRMs or call tracking tools

Compensation

• Base pay per hour or per shift + performance bonuses for qualified transfers
• Additional commission opportunity available for those with sales experience
