About the Role

We’re hiring an experienced, organized, and detail-oriented Video Editor to join our team full time. This is a dedicated 8-hour-per-day position for someone who wants stability, consistency, and long-term growth inside a creative company.

We are not looking for freelancers or agencies. We’re building an in-house team member who cares about quality, meets deadlines, communicates clearly, and takes ownership of their work.

You’ll be editing podcasts, interviews, marketing videos, social content, testimonials, and educational videos. If you love storytelling, clean edits, and staying organized while juggling multiple projects, this role is for you.

Responsibilities

• Edit short-form and long-form video content for YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and websites

• Create reels, clips, and full-length videos from raw footage

• Add captions, music, transitions, graphics, and basic motion elements

• Color correct and balance audio

• Organize footage and maintain clean project files

• Repurpose long-form videos into multiple short clips

• Follow brand guidelines while adding creative polish

• Manage multiple projects at once with attention to detail

• Meet deadlines consistently

• Communicate clearly with the creative and marketing teams

• Accept feedback and apply revisions quickly

Requirements

Must Have

• 3+ years professional video editing experience

• Strong Adobe Premiere Pro skills (After Effects is a plus)

• Proven ability to stay organized and manage multiple projects

• Strong attention to detail

• Experience editing social media and marketing content

• Reliable internet and editing workstation

• Comfortable working a full-time 8-hour day

• Excellent communication skills

• Able to work independently and proactively

Bonus Skills

• Motion graphics

• Podcast editing

• Photography or videography background

• YouTube optimization experience

• Familiarity with Frame.io, Google Drive, Dropbox, Monday.com, or similar tools
