Emerge Tech is looking for a highly skilled Technical Sourcing Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be an expert in using LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search techniques to identify, engage, and attract top technical talent across Europe. You will play a critical role in building robust candidate pipelines for high-demand technical roles and ensuring that our clients have access to the best professionals in the market.
Talent Sourcing:
Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter and advanced Boolean search strategies to source top-tier candidates for highly specialized technical roles, including software engineers, data scientists, cybersecurity specialists, and AI professionals.
Leverage niche job boards and social media platforms to expand the talent pool.
Candidate Engagement:
Reach out to passive and active candidates, conduct initial screenings, assess technical skills, and evaluate cultural fit with clients.
Build and maintain relationships with candidates, providing them with detailed information about opportunities.
Collaboration with Recruiting Team:
Partner with recruitment consultants and account managers to develop effective sourcing strategies tailored to client requirements.
Provide detailed candidate profiles and market insights to inform the recruitment process.
Market Research & Insights:
Stay current with the latest trends in technology and the evolving talent landscape across Europe.
Provide insights into candidate availability, salary benchmarks, and market conditions.
Data Management:
Track and manage candidate interactions using an applicant tracking system (ATS).
Provide regular updates and reporting on sourcing efforts, candidate pipelines, and recruitment metrics.
Proven experience as a Technical Sourcer or Recruiter, specializing in highly technical roles.
Expertise in LinkedIn Recruiter and advanced Boolean search techniques for sourcing candidates.
Strong understanding of technical roles and the skills required in fields like software development, data science, cybersecurity, AI, etc.
Experience using other sourcing tools and platforms (e.g., GitHub, Stack Overflow, etc.) is a plus.
Knowledge of the European recruitment market and ability to work across different countries and cultures.
Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus.
Experience with an ATS (e.g., Greenhouse, Bullhorn) is desirable.
