Overview

Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing Manager

Manage and grow multiple Social Media accounts, including the main Once in a Lifetime Holidays page and any supporting or campaign-specific accounts

Plan, create and schedule engaging Instagram content (posts, Stories, Reels and Highlights) aligned with brand tone and visual guidelines

Manage and grow LinkedIn company page, creating professional, insight-led content that supports brand authority and thought leadership

Monitor engagement, respond to comments and messages, and foster meaningful community interaction

Stay up to date with social media trends, platform updates and best practices relevant to luxury travel

Create META Ad's for paid campaigns


Email Marketing

  • Plan and deliver weekly email marketing campaigns (e-shots, newsletters, announcements and themed campaigns)

  • Work closely with the team to source content including travel inspiration, offers, editorial features and client stories

  • Ensure emails are on-brand, visually appealing and optimised for engagement and conversion

  • Segment audiences where appropriate to deliver targeted, relevant messaging

  • Monitor open rates, click-through rates and campaign performance, using insights to refine future activity

  • Experience of Canva, Mailchimp or other preferred platforms essential

Content & Brand Management

  • Maintain a consistent luxury brand voice across all digital channels

  • Coordinate content calendars across social media and email marketing

  • Liaise with Creative Travel Directors to showcase destination expertise, personal travel experiences and specialist knowledge

  • Support the creation of longer-form content such as blog posts, guides, brochures or downloadable resources where required

  • Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines, tone of voice and visual identity


Strategy, Reporting & Growth

  • Develop and implement a clear digital marketing strategy aligned with business goals

  • Track performance across social media and email marketing, producing regular reports and insights

  • Identify opportunities to increase reach, engagement and high-quality enquiries

  • Support campaign planning around key travel periods, trends, events and product launches


Collaboration & Support

  • Work closely with the leadership team and Creative Travel Directors

  • Support wider marketing initiatives, events, partnerships and brand campaigns

  • Manage and coordinate external suppliers where needed (designers, copywriters, photographers, videographers)


Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in a Digital Marketing Manager or similar role

  • Strong experience managing Instagram and LinkedIn for a premium or luxury brand

  • Hands-on experience with email marketing platforms (e.g. Mailchimp or similar)

  • Excellent written communication skills with a refined, professional tone

  • Strong visual awareness and understanding of luxury branding

  • Highly organised, self-motivated and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • META Ads experience required
  • Some knowledge of AI tools available to assist in the role
  • Experience within travel, luxury, lifestyle or hospitality is highly desirable
