We’re looking for a Full-Time Real Estate Virtual Assistant to join a fast-paced and dynamic real estate team!

Key Responsibilities

• Draft and manage listing agreements, buyer representation contracts, and other real estate documentation
• Schedule property showings and manage calendars for multiple agents
• Coordinate agent coverage for appointments and open houses
• Collect and record feedback from showings
• Handle day-to-day administrative tasks promptly and accurately
• Engage with leads and clients via CRM, email, and SMS
• Provide timely and professional follow-ups to inquiries and database leads
• Maintain a warm, responsive, and helpful tone in all communication
• Keep CRM databases organized and consistently updated
• Track lead activity, appointment schedules, and follow-up workflows
• Ensure no lead or follow-up falls through the cracks
• Assist with planning, scheduling, and publishing social media content
• Help coordinate branded marketing materials to support listings and team visibility

$6 to $7 per hour (depending on experience and interview performance)
