We are seeking a Sales Virtual Assistant to identify, qualify, and nurture potential clients. This position plays a key role in building a consistent pipeline of qualified leads to support the sales team. The ideal candidate will be comfortable making both inbound and outbound calls, in addition to conducting outreach through email, LinkedIn, and other platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound and respond to inbound calls to engage potential clients.
• Research and identify new leads using online platforms, databases, and social media.
• Qualify leads based on set criteria and pass them to the sales team for follow-up.
• Schedule discovery calls or meetings between prospects and the sales team.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in the CRM system.
• Track and report lead generation activity and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with the sales team to refine and improve lead conversion strategies.
