BlueStream Consulting is looking for a skilled and reliable IT Remote Support Specialist to join our growing team.

Requirements:

3–5 years of experience in IT support

Strong experience with Datto RMM

Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 and Google Workspace

Confident in using Automate (or similar RMM tools)

Solid remote troubleshooting skills (hardware, software, and network)

Strong communication and problem-solving abilities

Responsibilities:

Provide remote technical support to clients

Monitor and manage systems using RMM tools

Troubleshoot and resolve IT tickets efficiently

Manage and maintain Office 365 and Google Workspace accounts

Ensure systems are secure, updated, and running smoothly
