We are seeking a Sales & Automation Virtual Assistant from the Philippines to support a one-person creative agency. This role combines sales outreach, funnel setup, and the creation of a branded AI bot to streamline client acquisition.

Day-to-Day Tasks:

• Research leads and email outreach campaigns (personalisation & follow-ups).

• Help build and manage sales funnels (landing pages, email nurture, simple automations).

• Create and customise branded AI bots using Sintra AI & ChatGPT-5 for client interaction.

• Use Notion to track leads, outreach, and workflows.

• Provide general VA support (admin, reporting, small marketing tasks).

Tools You’ll Use:

• Sintra AI, ChatGPT-5,

• Help to create a sales funnel for the agency

• General email outreach (Gmail)

• Notion (CRM-style tracking & processes)

• Google Sheets/Docs

Soft Skills:

Salary & Hours
