We are a U.S.-based trucking insurance agency looking for an experienced cold caller / lead qualifier to contact trucking companies (new authorities, owner-operators, and small fleets) and pre-qualify them for insurance quotes.

This role is NOT sales-heavy. Your main responsibility is to gather accurate information, complete quote sheets, and warm-transfer qualified prospects to a licensed insurance agent. Spanish/English bilingual ability is a strong plus.

Primary Responsibilities

• Make outbound cold calls to trucking businesses (lists provided)

• Identify decision makers (owner/operator, fleet owner)

• Ask all required questions needed to quote a commercial truck insurance policy

• Accurately complete trucking insurance quote sheets

• Collect and verify required underwriting information

• Warm-transfer qualified prospects to the assigned insurance agent

• Translate information (Spanish ↔ English) when needed

• Assist during the binding process if required (staying on the call to help clarify information)

• Update CRM or spreadsheet with call notes and outcomes

• Send follow-up texts if instructed
