We’re looking for a creative lead to own all visual and content output for VIAS.CO — an AI-powered content studio helping personal brands stay visible without the burnout.
You’ll lead the entire content machine — from concept to final cut — across multiple founder brands. This role needs someone with creative firepower and the strategy to back it up. You’re not just making content — you’re building *the brand people watch and remember.
Requirements/Qualifications
You’re a Fit If You...
- Have 2–4+ years experience in creative direction, content production, or visual branding
- Can turn raw ideas, voice notes, or brain dumps into clean, high-converting content
- Are skilled in short-form video, storytelling, and scripting with *hook–value–CTA structure
- Know how to build brand systems — not just one-off pieces (think: frameworks, templates, repeatable content engines)
- Have a strong eye for luxury, bold, modern aesthetics
- Can direct editors, collaborate with designers, and manage timelines with zero hand-holding
- Understand funnels, personal branding, and visibility psychology — and can create content with purpose, not fluff
- Are fluent in tools like CapCut, Premiere, Descript, Canva/Figma — and ideally minimum of 5 AI editing Tools

- Know ClickUp, Notion, or Google Workspace like the back of your hand
