Job Title: Customer Support & Data Entry Associate (German Speaker – Required)

About the Role
We are hiring a Customer Support & Data Entry Associate to support a client in the live entertainment ticketing industry across Germany, Switzerland, and Austria. This position is exclusively for fluent German speakers, as all customer service, data entry, and content management tasks are conducted in German.
What You’ll Do
• Handle customer requests such as refunds, bookings, and general inquiries
• Communicate with customers via email, chat, and text — all in German
• Enter and maintain records in ticketing and accounting systems
• Add and update event details on the website
• Ensure accuracy in all customer and data‑related tasks
• Collaborate with internal teams and adapt to evolving business needs
What We’re Looking For
• Minimum of 5 years’ customer service experience, preferably with international accounts
• Fluent German communication skills (written and spoken) – mandatory
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and reliability
• Experience in customer service and data entry preferred
• Familiarity with accounting or ticketing software is an advantage
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Schedule
• Full-time, permanent role
• Five-day schedule (weekend work may be required)
• Schedule aligned broadly with Central European Time (CET)
