Overview

We’re hiring a full-time, fully remote Reddit Operations Manager. This is a leadership role, not a support position, you will take full ownership of our Reddit operations.

Your job is to run the team, enforce standards, and deliver results. You’ll ensure accounts are built and maintained correctly, strategies are executed without deviation, and performance consistently improves. If something isn’t working, you fix it.

You must already understand Reddit at a high level, how accounts grow, how the platform behaves, and how to operate without triggering bans. There’s no room for guesswork here.

Management experience helps, but what matters most is execution. We’re looking for someone proactive, disciplined, and accountable—someone who takes initiative and gets things done without being managed.

Compensation includes a fixed monthly base plus performance-based upside tied directly to your team’s output. The better you lead and scale results, the more you earn.
