The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, reconciling accounts, paying contractors paying employees and ensuring accuracy in financial reporting.

• Manage and maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks.
• Perform bank reconciliations and ensure timely invoicing and payments.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports for management review.
