What You'll Do
- Manage end-to-end record retrieval for assigned customers and providers
- Build and improve playbooks for hospitals, billing groups, and provider networks
- Ensure clean, complete, compliant document sets — ROIs, affidavits, billing records — with zero rework
- Surface workflow improvements and flag opportunities to automate repetitive steps
- Share learnings with teammates to raise the team's quality bar

What Success Looks Like
- Records are received faster over time across your assigned providers
- Your playbooks are documented and reused by teammates
- Zero rework — complete, compliant document sets delivered the first time
- You're flagging process improvements, not just completing tasks

What We're Looking For
- Strong English proficiency — written and spoken, required
- Strong attention to detail — you catch errors before they become problems
- Excellent communication skills — comfortable calling US-based provider offices and following up persistently through phone and email
- Organized and reliable — able to manage multiple open requests without dropping anything
- Quick to learn new tools and software workflows
- Ownership mindset — you follow through until the job is done
- Prior experience in medical or legal records, healthcare admin, or similar ops is a plus but not required
