We’re looking for a Marketing Executive to look after day-to-day marketing for a small handful of key clients, and to back the directors on the bigger pieces of work.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies (online + offline) for key client accounts
• Plan, launch and optimise paid campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, Google and TikTok
• Analyse campaign performance and translate data into clear insights and actions
• Conduct market and audience research to inform positioning and creative
• Report on ROAS and key performance metrics to clients and internally
• Manage owned traffic and performance for up to 5 key accounts
• Work closely with directors to support pitches, proposals and strategic work
• Assist with the creation and refinement of proposals and scopes, ensuring timelines are met
Minimum requirements:
• 5+ years’ experience in a similar marketing role (agency preferred)
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a relevant field (or equivalent experience)
Technical & platform skills
• Hands-on experience with either Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads
• Confident using Figma for collaboration and briefing
• Proficient in Google Analytics 4 for reporting
• Basic understanding of HTML + CSS (enough to brief and troubleshoot)
• Basic experience with Shopify (or similar ecommerce platforms)
• Comfortable working with HubSpot or other email/CRM tools
