We’re seeking a Lead-Generation Virtual Assistant to help us find and connect with high-quality prospects—entrepreneurs and business coaches—who are aligned with our mission.
As our Lead-Generation VA, you will:
Research and identify potential leads that fit WOW Academy’s Ideal Client Profile (entrepreneurs and coaches ready to grow, invest, and create impact).
Build accurate and organized lead lists using LinkedIn, social media, online directories, and databases.
Qualify leads based on set criteria (values alignment, ability to invest, readiness to scale).
Conduct thoughtful outreach via LinkedIn, email, and other approved platforms using WOW Academy’s brand voice.
Manage and update leads in our CRM, ensuring clean data and timely follow-up.
Track metrics such as response rates, booked calls, and conversions.
Provide weekly reports on progress and recommendations to improve lead flow.
👉 Important Note: This role is about quality, alignment, and initiative. We are not looking for someone to just scrape contacts or expect us to hand over leads. If you thrive on thoughtful prospecting and meaningful outreach, you’ll love this role.
We’re looking for someone who is:
Experienced in B2B lead generation, sales prospecting, or virtual assistance (min. 1–2 years).
Proficient with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM software, email outreach platforms.
Skilled in written English with the ability to craft engaging, professional outreach messages.
Detail-oriented and highly organized in managing leads and follow-ups.
Self-directed, reliable, and proactive in finding solutions.
Aligned with WOW Academy’s values of clarity, purpose, and results.
Bonus Points if you have:
Experience in the coaching, consulting, or entrepreneurship space.
Copywriting skills for outreach messaging.
Familiarity with data enrichment tools (Hunter.io, Apollo, etc.).
