I’m Jez from Australia 👋 I’m a creative who works in marketing, as well as an Actor (film) and Content Creator (TikTok).

This isn’t your typical VA role. I’m looking for someone fun, reliable, and creative to help me with two things:

1. Creative admin (researching and applying to acting jobs, sending emails to casting directors/agents, keeping me on track with auditions).

2. Content (editing short-form TikTok videos that stand out and have the potential to go viral).

What you’ll do

• Keep my casting profiles up to date. 

• Research acting opportunities (sites like StarNow, social media, short films, etc.) and apply on my behalf

• Outreach: emailing casting directors, agents, and sharing my showreel/materials

• Light calendar/accountability (making sure I’ve filmed auditions or content I need to)

• Edit TikTok/Reels content in CapCut (or similar)

What I’m looking for

• You “get” TikTok trends, formats, why things go viral

• You can edit short-form video (CapCut, VN, Premiere Pro or whatever you use)

• You’re creative, detail-oriented, and proactive

• Excellent written English

• Bonus: curious about acting/film (but not required, I’ll teach you what to look for)

Hours

• 5–10 hours per week (with the potential to grow as I grow)
