Job Description *

Are you a highly organized and proactive administrative professional? Join a fast-paced, creative environment supporting a corporate event entertainer who performs at high-profile business conferences and private events.

This remote administrative assistant role is perfect for someone with a strong background in communication, organization, and tech-savvy support. Most work can be done on your own schedule, but some availability during US Eastern Time business hours is preferred.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and respond to emails in a professional tone

  • Schedule meetings and client appointments

  • Handle meeting setup, task assignment, and follow-up

  • Maintain and update the CRM system with client data

  • Basic bookkeeping support (contracts, invoices)

  • Schedule social media content (no content creation required)

  • Support our online community with light engagement and responses

  • Conduct research and compile findings

  • Book travel accommodations and manage itineraries

  • Maintain an up-to-date calendar

  • Execute scripted client outreach via email and other channels


What We’re Looking For:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Organized, prompt, and reliable

  • Experienced with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Gmail)

  • Familiar with CRM tools and basic data entry

  • Knowledge of project management platforms like Trello, ClickUp, or Asana

  • Prior experience in customer service or operations is a plus

  • Comfortable working independently and using good judgment to keep tasks moving
