This remote administrative assistant role is perfect for someone with a strong background in communication, organization, and tech-savvy support. Most work can be done on your own schedule, but some availability during US Eastern Time business hours is preferred.
Manage and respond to emails in a professional tone
Schedule meetings and client appointments
Handle meeting setup, task assignment, and follow-up
Maintain and update the CRM system with client data
Basic bookkeeping support (contracts, invoices)
Schedule social media content (no content creation required)
Support our online community with light engagement and responses
Conduct research and compile findings
Book travel accommodations and manage itineraries
Maintain an up-to-date calendar
Execute scripted client outreach via email and other channels
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Organized, prompt, and reliable
Experienced with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Gmail)
Familiar with CRM tools and basic data entry
Knowledge of project management platforms like Trello, ClickUp, or Asana
Prior experience in customer service or operations is a plus
Comfortable working independently and using good judgment to keep tasks moving
