We are seeking an experienced account coordinator to join our team supporting one of our U.S.-based building security technology clients.

About the Role

We’re looking for a highly skilled Account Coordinator with strong customer service experience, ideally someone who has worked with U.S. clients for at least 5 years. If you're organized, tech-savvy, and love helping people, this could be the perfect fit.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Communicate with National Account customers via phone and email, providing accurate info and support
• Confidently use phone and computer tools at the same time
• Maintain a positive, professional attitude in every interaction
• Juggle multiple tasks while staying organized and focused
• Work independently and collaborate with the team when needed
• Explain technical details in a way that’s easy for non-technical clients to understand
• Represent the company professionally to both new and existing customers
• Troubleshoot service issues, resolve problems, and document solutions within expected timeframes
• Support teammates by sharing knowledge and helping them use services effectively
• Contribute to team goals and assist with other tasks as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned

What We’re Looking For

• At least 5 years of customer service experience, preferably supporting U.S.-based clients
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Intermediate computer skills (email, data entry, basic troubleshooting)
• Strong communication skills—clear and professional in writing, on the phone, and in person
