Overview

We're helping a friend hire

We're assisting our creative partner Melissa Madden of Melissa Madden Photography in finding a Virtual Assistant with solid graphic design skills to support her luxury portrait photography business

Melissa is known for creating heartfelt and high-end photo experiences. She's now looking for someone to help manage the behind-the-scenes magic and make things look beautiful while doing it

Tasks include
• Responding to client inquiries
• Managing bookings and sending follow ups
• Sending reminders and prep guides
• Creating outfit boards and design materials
• Light social media support and product ordering

Requirements/Qualifications

Must haves
• Strong background in graphic design (this is non negotiable)
• Proficient in design software like Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator
• Detail oriented, reliable, and friendly
• Excellent written communication skills
• Comfortable using Gmail, Google Drive, and basic CRM systems
• Available for Zoom calls 3x per week

Bonus if you've worked with creatives or photographers before
