We’re a small but ambitious e-commerce company specializing in pet products, currently serving our 4-legged customers (and their hoomans) in the USA and UK.

We’ve found product market fit with western women aged 25-54 who adore their small dogs as much as we do.

The projects we work on are often fun! The job comes with plenty of laughs and wagging tails as we solve problems for pets and rub human noses in the solution 😉

Tail wagging and nose boops aside, we’re growing our geographically diverse and remote team of 11 dependable and adaptable “hooman” professionals who strive for continuous improvement and place integrity first.

Pay Rate: PHP 700.00 to 1,100.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities

  • Core Function Development: Recruit key team members and set up Sales & Marketing to drive revenue from new and existing markets for long-term profit.
  • Knowledge Capture: Document and systematize internal expertise to enable repeatable training, consistent execution, and reduce dependency on individuals.
  • System Development: Design and improve business systems by integrating people, technology, and processes to increase output with existing resources.
  • Market Pursuit: Identify and focus on the most profitable markets, channels, and partnerships—such as Shopify, Amazon, social media, and influencers.
  • Brand/Positioning: Develop and maintain a strong brand and messaging strategy that builds trust and pricing power across all customer touchpoints.
  • Lead & Sales Generation: Attract, engage, and convert leads into loyal customers using platforms like Amazon, Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube, and Pinterest.
  • Customer Success: Boost customer lifetime value by improving experience, driving repeat purchases, referrals, cross-sells, up-sells, and positive reviews.

Requirements/Qualifications

Mandatory Experience

  • DTC Profitability (3+ years): Proven track record in driving profit beyond ROAS.
  • Team Leadership (3+ years): Managed teams (5+ members) across at least 3 areas (media, CRO, creative, etc.).
  • Hands-On Paid Media (2+ years): Managed campaigns on Meta + at least one of: Google, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, Amazon.
  • Function Building: Built and scaled a business unit independently.
  • Cross-Functional Experience (2+ years in 2+ areas):
    • Business Ops, Systems Design, SOPs
    • KPI/OKR Management, Product, Project/Change Management
    • Procurement, Logistics, Manufacturing
    • Data, Engineering, Programming
    • Legal, HR, Finance
  • LLM Use (1+ year): Applied ChatGPT, Gemini, etc., in real business cases.

Preferred Experience

  • Remote Startup (1+ year): Led a team of <20 people with tangible growth outcomes.
  • Amazon Marketplace: Managed product listings, launches, PPC campaigns.
  • International E-commerce: Launched in markets like US, CA, UK, EU, AU.
  • Influencer/UGC Programs: Built structured partnerships with content creators.

Work Schedule & Availability

  • Estimated Weekly Hours: 25–35 hours, depending on needs and workload.
  • Flexible Hours: Must align with agreed outcomes and communication needs.
  • Meetings & Communication: Should overlap with 14:00–16:00 PST for discussions.
