Movement Med Chicago is a Pilates-based medical fitness company specializing in spinal health, rehabilitation-informed training, and performance support. We are building structured systems to improve lead management, automation, and client communication.
We are seeking an experienced GoHighLevel (GHL) Specialist to help us build, optimize, and manage our CRM and automation systems.
We are looking for someone who is already trained and experienced in GoHighLevel and understands:
CRM setup and pipeline management
Workflow automation
Email + SMS campaign building
Landing page and funnel creation
Lead tracking and reporting
Integration with third-party tools
This is not an entry-level position. You should already be comfortable building and troubleshooting inside GoHighLevel without constant direction.
Build and manage automated workflows (email, SMS, pipeline triggers)
Set up and optimize lead capture funnels
Connect forms, calendars, and landing pages
Configure tags, triggers, and conditional logic
Integrate GHL with external tools (Zapier, Stripe, Google, etc.)
Monitor campaign performance and suggest improvements
Troubleshoot automation issues quickly
Maintain clean CRM organization and documentation
2+ years experience working with GoHighLevel
Demonstrated experience building live automations
Understanding of lead generation funnels
Experience with email marketing best practices
Basic understanding of copywriting for automation
Strong English communication skills
Experience in medical, wellness, or service-based businesses
Funnel strategy experience (not just technical setup)
Experience white-labeling GHL or building for agencies
Knowledge of Facebook/Google ad integration
Flexible overlap with U.S. Central Time preferred (minimum 2–3 hours overlap daily).

We are open to part-time (15–25 hours/week) or full-time depending on experience.
