Working Hours:
❗Monday to Friday 11:00 AM – 4:00 pm NZST (New Zealand Time)/ 7:00 AM - 12:00 NN PH
❗Salary: To be discussed - based on experience!
We’re looking for a talented and experienced Editor/Creator to join our growing team with a strong background in content creation and advertising. This role is not for beginners – we’re seeking someone with proven experience creating Meta ads or any Ad tools and developing content strategies that convert. While a background in the hair or beauty industry is a plus, it’s not essential. What matters most is that you understand ad performance, creative testing, and how to craft compelling content that drives results.
Requirements/Qualifications
Must-Have Experience In:
📌Meta/Facebook Ads - Creating all forms of creatives, Videos & Photos
📌TikTok Ads: Understanding short-form trends, editing punchy 15–30 sec ad clips, and briefing creators for authentic UGC-style TikTok ads.
📌YouTube Shorts / Ads (A plus): Scripting or cutting short-form vertical videos for paid awareness or remarketing.
📌Ad Copywriting – short-form and scroll-stopping content for paid social ads, especially in the beauty/hair industry
📌Creative Coordination – briefing UGC creators, sourcing content, adapting creative for multiple platforms
📌Basic Graphic Tools – Canva, CapCut or similar tools for visual ad assets
Ideal Candidate Is:
✔️Confident in creating and iterating ad creatives that convert
✔️Familiar with trends in Meta advertising and beauty/UGC content
✔️Beauty/Hair Industry – hair or hair extension brand experience (is a plus)
✔️Detail-oriented, proactive, and creative
✔️Able to work independently and meet deadlines
✔️Has a stable, professional home office setup
