We’re looking for a talented and motivated Remote Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help us grow our client base for high-ticket custom software and experiential marketing solutions. You’ll be the first point of contact for leads and will be responsible for identifying qualified prospects, booking meetings, and nurturing early-stage relationships.

BGWG Monster Media builds award-winning interactive experiences, websites, and mobile applications for global brands like iHeart Media, Nissan, Target, and Red Bull.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and qualify potential clients through outbound email, LinkedIn, and lead tools
• Use lead lists and templates to craft engaging outreach campaigns
• Schedule appointments for closers with qualified leads
• Track all activity in HubSpot CRM
• Learn enough about our offerings to speak confidently and ask smart questions
• Report KPIs weekly (emails sent, replies, calls booked)

Ideal Candidate:

• Excellent written and spoken English (C2 or equivalent)
• 1–2 years of experience in outbound sales or lead generation
• Comfortable working with CRMs and outreach tools
• Resourceful, organized, and able to work with minimal supervision
• Bonus: Experience selling software, marketing, or creative services
