The Recruitment Support & Social Media Virtual Assistant provides operational support to Talent Way by sourcing employers and recruitment agencies across key international markets and supporting professional social media posting and engagement.
The role is research-driven, KPI-based, and non-sales focused, designed to support pipeline growth and brand visibility.

Research and source employers and recruitment agencies in assigned markets
Identify correct decision-makers, including:
HR Managers
Recruiters
Talent Acquisition Leads
Directors / Owners
Verify company and contact accuracy before submission
Maintain and update Employer and Agency Tracking Sheets
Categorise leads (Cold / Warm / Hot) based on engagement
Conduct initial outreach using approved email and LinkedIn templates
Escalate inbound responses or qualified leads to Talent Way
Schedule and publish 2–3 posts per week using provided content

Engage with employers, recruiters, and HR professionals to build visibility
Support organic follower growth through consistent engagement
Track posts, engagement activity, and follower metrics
Google Sheets & Google Drive

Canva (basic use – optional)
30–45 verified employer and agency leads per month
≥90% decision-maker accuracy
100% complete and clean data entry
Weekly reporting submitted on time
8–12 posts per month
Consistent professional engagement
Monthly organic follower growth across platforms
Cold calling or phone sales
Candidate interviews or screening
Contract negotiation
Paid advertising or campaign strategy
Full-cycle recruitment
Experience in virtual assistance, recruitment support, or lead generation
Strong LinkedIn research and sourcing skills
Good written English and professional communication
High attention to detail and data accuracy
Ability to work independently with clear KPIs
Reliable internet connection and computer
Recruitment or HR support experience
Social media engagement or posting experience
Experience working with international clients or agencies
Reports directly to Talent Way management.
Performance is reviewed monthly based on KPIs, data quality, and reliability.
