We’re hiring a full-time Office Manager (Virtual Assistant) to support our high-end cleaning company based in the U.S.
You’ll play a central role in daily operations — managing customer communication, organizing scheduling, editing content for social media, and handling basic website updates.
This is a remote, long-term role for someone who’s organized, dependable, and excited to grow with a company that values precision, professionalism, and trust.
Manage and organize inbound/outbound calls, texts, emails, and DMs
Handle job scheduling and follow-ups with customers
Edit social media content (photos & videos) using Canva Pro
Assist with WordPress website updates and basic SEO tasks
Conduct simple interviews with technician job applicants
Maintain clean data in Markate CRM and Google Sheets
Use Go Dunzo (GoHighLevel) to support customer and sales workflows
Communicate with team members via Slack
Document tasks, processes, and weekly reports for accountability
