Overview

We’re hiring a full-time Office Manager (Virtual Assistant) to support our high-end cleaning company based in the U.S.

You’ll play a central role in daily operations — managing customer communication, organizing scheduling, editing content for social media, and handling basic website updates.

This is a remote, long-term role for someone who’s organized, dependable, and excited to grow with a company that values precision, professionalism, and trust.


 Your Core Responsibilities:

  • Manage and organize inbound/outbound calls, texts, emails, and DMs

  • Handle job scheduling and follow-ups with customers

  • Edit social media content (photos & videos) using Canva Pro

  • Assist with WordPress website updates and basic SEO tasks

  • Conduct simple interviews with technician job applicants

  • Maintain clean data in Markate CRM and Google Sheets

  • Use Go Dunzo (GoHighLevel) to support customer and sales workflows

  • Communicate with team members via Slack

  • Document tasks, processes, and weekly reports for accountability
