Hi! We’re Tucker Tub, an Australian pet food business. We’re looking for a Philippines based contractor to support order processing + Excel-based analysis and reporting.

This is an ongoing role. We want a long-term relationship with someone reliable and detail-oriented. We’ll provide training, templates, and learning opportunities, and expect this role to grow to 40 hours/week over time.

What you’ll do (Core)

1) WooCommerce order exports → Excel sorting

• Download/export customer orders from WooCommerce (training provided).

• Work with messy real-world data (inconsistent text, duplicates, formatting issues).

• Use Excel formulas to clean, filter, and sort orders so only the relevant orders are selected for processing.

• Produce clear internal summaries for our weekly workflow.

2) Pick sheet selection (WooCommerce)

• Based on your Excel output, manually select and generate the correct pick sheets in WooCommerce (training provided).

• Accuracy matters: orders/quantities must be correct.

3) Reporting + dashboards (Excel)

• Use pivot tables + formulas (XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, SUMIFS/COUNTIFS) to build weekly summaries.

• Create simple dashboards that refresh from new exports (totals, product mix, weekly trends, exceptions).

4) Optional (light): customer service

• Help respond to straightforward customer messages using templates, escalate anything complex.

Required skills

• Strong Excel: pivot tables, lookups, SUMIFS/COUNTIFS, data cleaning

• High attention to detail and accuracy (this affects real customer orders)

• Good written English and professional communication

• Reliable internet and ability to work independently

Nice to have

• WooCommerce or Shopify order export experience

• Dashboarding / KPI reporting

• Power Query (not required)

Hours & schedule

• 20–30 hours/week to start, with potential to grow to 40 hours/week

• Some overlap with Melbourne business hours preferred, but flexible

Pay

• $6–$8 USD/hour to start (based on skills + trial)

• Increases available as you prove reliability, accuracy, and take ownership of reporting/dashboards
