Marketing Automation & Client Success Lead

About the Role:
You’ll take the lead on setting up automations, building workflows, managing client onboarding, and making sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. If you’re a tech-savvy problem solver who loves helping clients succeed, this is for you!
What You’ll Do:
- Build GHL automations, pipelines & campaigns
- Set up Zapier integrations between platforms
- Manage domains, emails, VPNs, and tech setups
- Support client onboarding & handle troubleshooting
- Keep tasks organized using ClickUp or Asana
- Communicate clearly with clients & team (Slack, Loom, Gmail)
Requirements/Qualifications
Tools You'll Use:

- GoDaddy
- Cloudflare
- Namecheap
Requirements:
- Proven GHL experience (not just “familiar”)
- Strong with Zapier + other automation tools
- Can manage technical setups (emails, domains, etc.)
- Great communicator (written + verbal)
- Able to manage multiple tasks and hit deadlines
- Bonus: Can lead small projects or teams

Working Hours:
4–6 hours overlap with EST or PST required daily.
