Looking for motivated and skilled property manager(letting manager) to manage 45 townhouses and manage our booking.com and airbnb apps. Must have experience in Australia Real Estate Industry, thank you.
Skills and Experience: Main skills-More than two years Property Management and Real Estate experience, Proficient on using property management software, prior experience with CONSOLE is preferred. Other requirement: Well developed interpersonal and written skills. End to End Managing (a small portfolio of 45 townhouses approx.) High standard of presentation and customer service Able to deal with conflict situations. Time management task management skills. Ensuring all communication is responded to within 12 hours. General office duties
