You’ll follow a proven script, but success comes from being natural, friendly, and adaptable — not robotic. Your goal is to build real conversations and secure simple “yes” outcomes.

This is soft sales — no hard closing required.

Compensation (Choose Your Structure)

Option A – High Upside (Max Earnings)

• $5.00/hour base
• $5.00 bonus per qualified “Yes”
• Typical: ~$15/hour (2 yeses/hour)
• Top performers: $25–$30+/hour

Option B – Higher Base (More Stability)

• $7.00/hour base
• $3.00 bonus per qualified “Yes”
• Typical: ~$13/hour
• Top performers: $19–$22+/hour

Qualified “Yes” =

• Store agrees to a free product placement OR
• First-time reorder

💰 Weekly pay
💰 Monthly: $1,200 – $2,000+ for consistent performers

What You’ll Do

• Make outbound calls to U.S. grocery stores
• Use our script + lead list
• Build rapport and secure “yes” outcomes
• Track activity in CRM (if applicable)

Requirements

• Fluent English with clear, professional phone presence
• Neutral Accent
• 2+ years BPO, telemarketing, or appointment setting preferred
• Confident, friendly, and persistent
• Quiet workspace + reliable internet
• Headset and laptop required
• Self-motivated and results-driven

Work Schedule (Required)

• Monday – Friday
• 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST (U.S. time)
• Full-time only
• Must be punctual daily
