Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective clients
• Conduct credit consultations and explain credit repair solutions clearly
• Identify client needs and recommend appropriate service plans
• Overcome objections and close enrollments confidently
• Accurately document calls, notes, and outcomes in the CRM
• Follow up with warm leads to maximize conversions
• Maintain compliance with company policies and consumer regulations
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales, call center, or customer service (credit repair, finance, or insurance is a strong asset)
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Comfortable handling objections and closing over the phone
• Ability to build trust quickly with clients
• Basic understanding of credit reports, credit scores, or willingness to learn
• Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment (for remote roles)
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and goal-oriented
• Nice to Have (Not Required)
• Previous experience in credit repair, debt relief, auto finance, or mortgage sales
• CRM experience
• High-ticket or consultative sales background
